In September 2013 quality management system recertification audit was held in JSC “Riga International Coach Terminal”. During the audit discrepancies were not found. “Riga International Coach Terminal” received a certificate stating that the quality management system complies with the standard ISO 9001:2009 requirements and is being considered effective.
In August 2013 in accordance with the quality management system procedure”Passenger satisfaction measurement”passenger survey was carried out in the Riga International Coach Terminal. In total, 400 respondents were interviewed.
