_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||13px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>The handling of submissions and complaints at JSC \u201cRiga International Coach Terminal\u201d is carried out in accordance with the Law on Submissions of the Republic of Latvia of 1 January 2008<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span data-metadata=\"&lt;!--(figmeta)eyJmaWxlS2V5IjoiaG1TbFZyVlRkQXhCYzlRaG5HT2RwNiIsInBhc3RlSUQiOjE2OTM4NzA4MjksImRhdGFUeXBlIjoic2NlbmUifQo=(\/figmeta)--&gt;\"><\/span><span>Passengers may submit applications or complaints to the Joint Stock Company \u201cR\u012bgas starptautisk\u0101 autoosta\u201d (the Riga International Coach Terminal) in the following ways:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In an electronic form<\/strong> <span>submit it by sending it to the e-mail\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@autoosta.lv\">info@autoosta.lv<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>In paper form<\/strong> sending it by mail to <span style=\"color: #008000;\">JSC \u201cRiga International Coach Terminal\u201d, Pr\u0101gas Street 1, Riga, LV-1050<\/span>\u00a0or by submitting it to the coach terminal hall administrator (in the passenger waiting area on the 1st floor of the coach terminal at the coach terminal\u2019s ticket office No. 1);<\/li>\n<li><strong>In an oral form<\/strong>.\u00a0 If necessary, the application\/complaint made orally by a private person in the presence of the private person shall be made in writing by the coach terminal hall administrator (in the passenger waiting area on the 1st floor of the coach terminal).<span data-metadata=\"&lt;!--(figmeta)eyJmaWxlS2V5IjoiaG1TbFZyVlRkQXhCYzlRaG5HT2RwNiIsInBhc3RlSUQiOjIwNDU1NTM0NTQsImRhdGFUeXBlIjoic2NlbmUifQo=(\/figmeta)--&gt;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&#8221;https:\/\/www.autoosta.lv\/en\/private\/76350ac80725df&#8221; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||14px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span data-metadata=\"&lt;!--(figmeta)eyJmaWxlS2V5IjoiaG1TbFZyVlRkQXhCYzlRaG5HT2RwNiIsInBhc3RlSUQiOjY0NDEzMzU1NSwiZGF0YVR5cGUiOiJzY2VuZSJ9Cg==(\/figmeta)--&gt;\"><\/span><span>The JSC Riga International Coach Terminal will respond:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to applications\/complaints submitted using the application\/complaint form, which sets out the mandatory information to be provided;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">to applications\/complaints submitted in free form, where mandatory information is provided*;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The response will follow within <strong>three (3) days<\/strong> for questions (received by e-mail <a href=\"mailto:info@autoosta.lv\">info@autoosta.lv<\/a>) of an informative nature;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">within <strong>ten (10) working days<\/strong> if no further verification of the facts and information in the application\/complaint is required;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">within <strong>one month<\/strong> if further verification of the facts and information referred to in the application\/complaint is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If the Riga International Coach Terminal finds that the subject of submission or its part reaches outside the scope of the International Coach Terminal, the administration informs the applicant and, if possible, indicates the name and contact details of the competent\/responsible authority or forward the application\/complaint to the mentioned authority, informing the applicant thereof.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243;
