Transportation of luggage and animals in\u00a0local and regional routes<\/strong>\u00a0is carried in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No.599 \u201cRendering and Use of Public Transportation Services\u201d section 5. (19.02.2012.).<\/span><\/p>\n Paragraph 59 states that the passenger has the right to carry\u00a0<\/span>free of charge<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>highly portable luggage whose type and packing allow it to be easily put in place and whose size (length, width, height) does not exceed\u00a0<\/span>40 x 40 x 20 cm<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and weight \u2013\u00a0<\/span>8 kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Paragraph 62 states that there may be carried\u00a0<\/span>free of charge, crutches, baby carriages, and wheelchairs for people with disabilities<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>in public transport if the public transport\u2019s technical capability allows it.<\/p>\n Paragraph 63 states that bicycles can be carried\u00a0<\/span>for a fee<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>in public transport, which is equipped with special bicycle holders. If there are no such holders in the public transport, the bike number and position shall be determined by the carrier.<\/p>\n Paragraph 74 states that it is allowed to carry\u00a0<\/span>dogs, cats, ornamental birds, poultry or pet baby animals<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>in public transport according to the animal protection laws and regulations. A passenger carrying animals provides that the animals do not disturb other passengers.<\/p>\n Transportation of luggage and animals on international coach routes is carried in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 37\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0<\/span>Regulations Regarding International Carriage of Passengers by Bus and Coach, the Procedures for the Organising, Performing Thereof, for the Opening, Changing, and Closing of Routes<\/em>.
