Information on bus departure platforms

Due to the ongoing construction works in the coach terminal area, the bus departure platforms may be changed.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE BUS DEPARTURE PLATFORMS ON TICKETS AND INFORMATION BOARDS.

Information from the National Public Health Center of the Republic of Lithuania

Starting from 15.09.2020 before traveling to the Republic of Lithuania, all persons must fill in the electronic questionnaire of the National Public Health Center of the Republic of Lithuania independently, after which a QR code will be assigned.

PASSENGERS ONLY WITH A QR CODE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE BUS.

Passengers entering the Riga International Bus Station from COVID-19 countries, which are subject to special precautions, are not allowed to stay in the bus station premises.

International passenger transportation for the duration of an emergency has been canceled. Passengers can obtain additional information from carriers.

 

According to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 March, 2020:

With effect from 17 March 2020, to abolish international carriage of passengers through airports, ports, by buses and rail, excluding carriage of passengers by official government aircraft and military transport.

International passenger transport through airports, ports, by bus and rail transport will be cancelled as of 17 March.

The above-mentioned restrictions to travel through airport, port, railway and road crossing points shall not apply to nationals of the Republic of Latvia who wish to return to Latvia. Nor do they apply to foreign nationals whose permanent place of residence is in Latvia and who want to return here or to foreign nationals who want to leave Latvia.

Information about the renovation works at Riga International Coach terminal

Dear Customers and Passengers!

We would like to inform that from November 2018 until February 2019 at the JSC “Riga International Coach Terminal” will undergo renovation works on the 1st floor of the Coach terminal, which may increase noise during certain hours of working day, as well as a part of Coach terminal services will be temporarily reoriented to other locations.

Bus Terminal is closed from 24:00-5:00 while renovation.

Please follow the directions on the site at the Coach Terminal!

We invite you to accept the situation with understanding, because renovation works are needed to improve the environment for our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience!
