There has been established and certified quality management system – ISO 9001:2015 new standard in Riga International Coach Terminal.

Quality management system scope is passenger transport services and provision, ticket sales and route registration management which are Riga Coach Terminal main activities.

Management system promotes a high level quality of customer service which leads customers to believe that the company employs competent and professional staff as well as high level quality organization’s internal business which is developed by the specified quality control procedures.

Implementation of this system contributed to the company’s alignment identifying each employee’s duty cycle and the degree of responsibility, improving each departments work and creating mutually beneficial cooperation with all those who need coach terminal services.
