Customers survey 2013
In August 2013 in accordance with the quality management system procedure”Passenger satisfaction measurement”passenger survey was carried out in the Riga International Coach Terminal. In total, 400 respondents were interviewed.
Thank you for your participation in this survey of passengers, as well as your assessment, advice and criticism of the Riga International Coach Terminal and partner services. Your suggestions in the future as far as possible we will consider in developing and improving the quality of terminal services.
