Applications and Complaints

Passengers may submit applications or complaints to the Joint Stock Company “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta”, (the Riga International Coach Terminal), in the following ways:

  • In an electronic form;
  • In paper form;
  • In an oral form. If necessary, the receptionist may fix an orally expressed communication/claim in a written form (see the Administration desk at the entrance hall on the ground floor of the Passenger Terminal).

The Procedure of Consideration of Passenger Applications and Complaints Received in an Electronic Form

In order to send an electronic application/complaint to the Riga International Coach Terminal, please fill in the relevant form and e-mail it to info@autoosta.lv.

The Riga International Coach Terminal will respond to the submissions, noting that:

  • The applications/complaints submitted by means of the standard electronic form will be accepted if the compulsory information is provided;
  • The response will follow within seven (7) days of receipt;
  • In cases when additional verification of the cited facts and information is necessary, the reply will take 30 days;
  • If an application does not clearly demand a response, the administration of the International Coach Terminal will take note of it.

If your submission contains an insult that injures a person’s honour or self-respect,  the Riga International Coach Terminal reserves the right to leave it unanswered.

If the Riga International Coach Terminal finds that the subject of a submission or its part reaches outside the scope of the International Coach Terminal, the administration will duly inform the applicant, and, if possible, will indicate the competent body or forward the application to another office, and inform the applicant accordingly.

  • In order to submit a written application/complaint to the Riga International Coach Terminal, please fill in the relevant form and send it to the mailing address of the Riga International Coach Terminal, or hand it over to the receptionist at the entrance hall on the ground floor of the Passenger Terminal.

The Riga International Coach Terminal will respond  to the submissions, noting that:

  • The submissions will be processed within 7 days of receipt;
  • In cases when additional verification of the cited facts and information is necessary, the reply will take 30 days;
  • If the Riga International Coach Terminal finds that the subject of a submission or its part reaches outside the scope of the International Coach Terminal, the administration will duly inform the applicant, and, if possible, will indicate the competent body or forward the application to another office, and inform the applicant accordingly.

No response will be given to submissions if:

  • The applicant’s name, surname, signature or mailing address is missing;
  • The text of the submission is illegible or incomprehensible;
  • The submission contains an insult that injures a person’s honour or self-respect;
  • The submission does not clearly demand a response.

Applications/complaints may also be filed in a free format.
